Whew, y’all... let me tell you something about patience.
I used to think I had patience, but chile, I have definitely been tested lately!😂
Patience isn’t just waiting in line without rolling your eyes or breathing deeply when someone takes forever to text back. No, real patience is what I’ve been learning while prayerfully, carefully, and intentionally building my digital house. And let me tell you, this house? It’s getting built brick by brick, line by line, and with a level of detail I didn’t even know existed.
Let’s talk about it.

When I first envisioned this space, I thought I was crafting a sacred digital home where transformation, healing, and evolution would happen. You know, like a cozy little retreat for my soul, complete with a virtual hot tub and a complimentary self-help book. I didn’t realize just how intricate the process would be. I mean, I thought I was just laying down a foundation and throwing up some walls. Oh, but baby… NO! Turns out, I was building a digital mansion with a moat, drawbridge, and a dragon that requires daily compliments.
Now, I’m thinking about everything. (Wow, this really feels good to be sharing this and airing it out—like a pair of socks after a long day!) Ok, back to the talk lol! Seriously, who knew building a digital space would feel like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without the instructions?
The color of the walls (aka the brand visuals, tone, and aesthetic, because every shade must feel aligned). The placement of every lamp and table (aka the website structure, making sure everything has a purpose and a place). The storehouse stays stocked (aka making sure my content, strategy, and offerings are abundant and ready). Every closet is clean (aka no clutter, no confusion, just seamless flow). And learning the digital plumbing & electrical work (aka why did no one tell me that coding is an entire language that my brain is just now starting to understand? ).
This isn’t just about building a website or brand. This is about crafting an experience, a movement, a sanctuary. And that takes time, intention, and a whole lot of patience.
The Process: What I Didn’t Know I Needed to Know
There are so many things I used to never think about that I now deeply appreciate:
User experience? Oh, you mean people have to effortlessly flow through my site without confusion? Noted.
SEO? I thought that was a government agency, not a whole digital strategy.
Integrations? Y’all... the fact that every system and feature has to talk to each other like a well-oiled machine? Whew.
Consistency? Turns out, just vibing isn’t a content strategy. Who knew? But I love it!
But instead of getting overwhelmed, I’m leaning in. I’m learning, adjusting, and receiving divine downloads in real-time. I’m allowing myself to grow, shift, and refine this space with wisdom and patience. Because rushing the process? That’s how you end up with a house that looks cute but has a leaky foundation.
And we don’t do leaky foundations around here. We build with intention. Okay!!
The Emotions: All of Them, In Every Shade
Let’s be real: this process has brought ALL the emotions.
Excitement when something clicks. Frustration when something doesn’t. Mind-blown moments when I realize how much goes into making something great. Eureka moments when I figure things out in a way that actually makes sense.
And through it all? Gratitude.
Because here’s what I know to be true: The process itself is the blessing. The learning is the breakthrough. The patience is the preparation.
The Lesson: Never Despise New Chapters
If you’re in a season where you feel like you’re just building, learning, and figuring it out as you go, embrace it. Because this space, this chapter, this moment is equipping you with exactly what you need for what’s next.
You are not behind. You are in process. You are not lost. You are being positioned. You are not just waiting. You are being prepared.
So, to anyone feeling impatient, uncertain, or overwhelmed in their new beginning—don’t despise it. New beginnings hold wisdom, breakthroughs, and gifts that your future self will thank you for.
I’m still in the middle of this beautiful build. And I’m loving every lesson, every moment, every shift. Because what’s being built here is bigger than me, and it’s worth the wait.
With love, light, and gratitude,Keep growing.
