After being away from social media and public life for over 3 years...here I am.  What started as a 2 week hiatus turned into a full blown sabbatical, one I couldn't have ever imagined.  It has been one of the most powerfully transformative experiences of my life. It was filled with meditation, prayer, cleansing, fasting, workouts, studying, reading, tragedy, stillness, growth and healing. As I move forward and become acclimated in my new season outside of my Cocoon, I will be sharing  what goes on behind the scenes in the. May what I share motivate others and inspire them to go higher.
